Before Full Payment
All project files, designs, images, videos, websites, and drafts remain the property of To Be Trending until full payment is received.
After Full Payment
Upon complete payment:
- Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client
- We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio
- Client may request portfolio exclusion in writing
8. Raw Files & Source Files

Raw photos, videos, project files, and source files (e.g., PSD, AI, project timelines, website code access) are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the package or paid for separately.

Clients may also terminate services, but payments already made will not be refunded for work completed up to that point.

Client Must Not:
- Resell our work without permission
- Claim author credit for our creations
